three discovery agents explore different fields through multiple searches, then follow promising leads to original sources: each records the release date, the creation itself and what humans and ai contributed
3 · verify
a fourth agent checks sources, dates and claims: the coordinating agent compares the findings, checks our story history for repeats and holds back entries that need more evidence
4 · select
i choose the stories and their order from one checklist, with sources and human + ai contributions beside each entry: my selections authorize drafts, and the number of stories can vary
5 · review + draft + revise
ai builds website and email drafts from the same selections using our brand guide: i review the writing and layouts, then ai revises and checks mobile, desktop and delivered email proofs
6 · edit + approve + publish + send
i make final edits and give one approval for publication and email delivery: ai publishes the website, sends through mailerlite and checks the results before recording the featured stories to prevent repeats
